OCR Studio applications privacy policy

OCR Studio demo apps were developed for users to experience our technologies for fast and accurate ID documents recognition.

Our apps do not make any copies of your data and never send data to external servers. Recognition is performed entirely on the device. Rest assured that our applications contain no malware or viruses.

When using the application you could scan identity documents, other document types, or a person's face. In each case the images will remain only in the RAM of the device while the application is running, and will be deleted as soon as the application closes. The images of documents or faces, as well as any results of their processing, are never stored, collected, or transferred. Our mobile applications can operate fully without an internet connection.

To function correctly the apps will require access to the camera on your smartphone or other mobile device. Some apps will also request access to the photo gallery in order to demonstrate declared features (recognition from an image which is stored in the local device memory). Others include ‘Contact sales’ functionality to enable the opening of your e-mail application in order for you to be able to send requests to the OCR Studio sales department.
