OCR Studio Challenges Black-Box KYC at Seamless Fintech ME 2026

OCR Studio, a developer of identity verification technologies, continues its participation in Seamless Fintech ME 2026 today with a focus on evidence-based anti-fraud for Zero-Trust KYC. On the second day of the exhibition, the company is demonstrating how banks, fintech companies, and other regulated businesses can authenticate identity documents and perform face matching without relying on unexplained AI verdicts or black-box risk decisions.

Seamless Fintech ME remains one of the region’s major meeting points for the banking, payments, and fintech ecosystem, bringing together technology providers, financial institutions, regulators, and investors from across the Middle East and beyond. For OCR Studio, the event is an opportunity to show the international community that customer onboarding can be fully transparent and explainable in practice, with every fraud assessment traced to concrete evidence rather than reduced to an opaque AI-generated output.

A month earlier, this position was formalized in OCR Studio’s Zero-Trust KYC Manifesto – now the company is demonstrating how evidence-based anti-fraud is implemented across its own technology stack. OCR Studio’s anti-fraud layer is built around granular, inspectable checks that return evidence in real time. The system can simultaneously surface labeled findings across document data, fonts, security elements, MRZ, barcodes, RFID, and face comparison, with each result carrying its own confidence value. Instead of receiving an unexplained “rejected” or “high risk” label, businesses immediately see what triggered the warning, where the inconsistency was found, and how confident the system is in that assessment. This makes every KYC result traceable, reviewable, and fully explainable as it is produced.

Seamless Fintech ME 2026 closes tomorrow, September 24, so visitors still have one more day to experience OCR Studio’s ID scanner for Zero-Trust KYC at Hall SSH 2, booth F76. OCR Studio representatives will remain on-site through the final day to demonstrate the technology and discuss how evidence-based identity verification can be integrated into existing KYC workflows.
